Crop Circle of the Month!

Crop Circle is a term used to describe patterns created by the flattening of crops into into complex geometric shapes. There are many explanations for these formations, including man-made hoax theories,  geological anomalies and a plethora of paranormal explanations. Regardless of who or what is creating these amazing patterns in fields through out the world, we find these sacred geometric patterns to be inspirational and fascinating. If you are interested in learning more, we recommend the DVD Crop Circles: Quest for the Truth and the book Secrets in the Fields by Freddy Silva.
Beginners Yoga in September

The next 4 week Intro to Yoga Series starts Mon, Sept 15. Intro to Yoga and Yoga Basics are special classes designed specifically for beginners & those wishing to brush up on foundations of a yoga practice. Beginning Yoga classes are held 3 days a week:

Dawn Jansen

dawn jensen

With a 15 year teaching career, Dawn Jansen is sparked by a desire to share these ancient truths with others and inspire positive social change.  She brings a background of dance and cultural studies into her classes, while emphasizing the balance of the physical & spiritual essence of yoga.  Her asana classes are charged with creative instruction, uplifting music, and yogic philosophy. Dawn believes that yoga is a remedy for universal suffering and is a means to discovering true peace and freedom.
